SecureComm / nChat Account Deletion and Data Deletion Request
This page is for users of the SecureComm / nChat mobile application published on Google Play under package name com.securecomm.app.
If you want to delete your SecureComm / nChat account and associated user data, please send an account and data deletion request using the method below.
How to request account and data deletion
Email us at:
Please include the following information:
- Registered mobile number or email address used in the app
- Your account/user name, if available
- A clear request saying: “Please delete my SecureComm / nChat account and associated data”
What data will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymize account-related data associated with your SecureComm / nChat account, including:
- User profile information
- App account information
- Device/session records linked to the account
- Messages or communication data stored on our servers, where applicable
- Uploaded files, photos, videos, audio, or documents stored on our servers, where applicable
Data we may retain
Some limited data may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, audit, or regulatory reasons. Any retained data will not be used for normal app operation after account deletion.
Processing time
Account deletion and associated data deletion requests are normally processed within 7 to 30 days after verification.
